Life-Storms bogging you down??

The best solution to a problem is to have faith! Faith in the nature. Faith in the Master. Faith in God.
 Guruji very beautifully says-
"Know that nature has provided you the solution even before giving you the problem. When it snows, there are no bacteria since no herbs to heal you grow in that season. In the spring, the herbs come first and then the bugs. In the summer, the shade comes before the summer sun gets strong. So, nature takes good care of you."

You must keep this in mind that the origin of the solution is much much before the conception of the problem. When you see the problem as a challenge and you have faith in your heart that you are going to get through it , you suddenly find yourself much greater than the challenge. He says you are beyond an event , a probelem or time. So just have faith and see how the problem disappears. Know that you are taken care of.

God is Inside You....

Recently i had very good fortune of reading this masterpiece by Guruji :-

When you know you own God, you are not in a hurry to get something out of God. Your hurry to get something throws you off balance and makes you small. Have "eternal wait," infinite patience. When you have infinite patience, you will realize God belongs to you "

I felt so much at home after reading this.It was like having tonnes of cosmetics at your place and still you getting restless to get those which you think you don't have. You yourself are unaware of what magnificence you hold.Of what you have. And when you know that you already have everything in plenty , then you are at peace.Know that God is inside you.Joy is inside you.Having this thought at the back of your mind can bring that infinite patience and 'eternal wait'.Observe whenever you kiss a beloved , your eyes automatically close because you get back to the source inside you that kindles joy..So when you are observant enough to observe that the joy you are looking for is in something or some person , think again. You may be wrong...

The Art Of Living

I was someone, one of many
Looking for that special something
If there was any!
To set me right and get me back
From disappointment, pain, sorrows and anger attacks!!

So I did this cool workshop
A one of a kind 4 day course!
About which I’d heard from many a trusted source!!
I can still remember my time there very well!
As it is the only past memory upon which I dwell!!

Cause as they say the past is history
And the future is big mystery!
So take the gift that is the present
And always live in the moment!!

The workshop had many flavors
Some were absolutely-do as you’re told
Others-tried tested and old (ancient)!!
But the one thing that called out to inner me!
Which made me look inside for the first time and see!!

Sudarshan Kriya was the name of the exercise
Learnt by the intelligent, taught by the divine and practiced by the wise!!

To say it changed my life
Is an understatement of the highest degree!
So to very humbly describe my kriya experience
I want to say that it has set me free!!!

Giving it my 100% always
And aiming for the highest!
Two very simple pieces of advice
Which help you become one of the best!!

Good times and bad-its all part of the parcel
So smile a lot and don’t fret about past or future
As opposite values are complementary in nature!!

I learnt not to find intentions behind other’s actions!
And not to be a football of other’s opinions!!

Everyone can be emotionally and mentally at par
Just by accepting people and situations as they are!!
So don’t ever lose your smile as you live your life
Not taking but giving!!
And that in itself is the Art of Living!!!
